Styled Unicode is not readable by LinkedIn search, so never style keywords in your name or headline that you want to be found for. In post bodies, moderate styling is common and safe.
Unicode styles depend on font support. Nearly all modern devices render bold and italic correctly; rarer styles like Script may vary. Use the preview to check.
Some screen readers spell styled characters letter by letter. Use styling sparingly. Headlines and a few keywords, not whole paragraphs.
